Initial Consultation
During our consultation, we will learn more about you, your event, and your overall vision to determine what we can do to help you.

Budget & Goal Tracking
After our initial consultation, we will create a budget and goal tracking spreadsheet to keep us aligned throughout the process.

Planning & Design
Planning your event will also begin shortly after our first meeting. Our team will create a firm foundation that takes into account your goals, budget and other concerns. From there, we will coordinate with vendors on your behalf, which includes negotiating prices and contracts.

Production Phase
Once the design and event plan are approved, we will place orders and finalize proposals with vendors. This phase also includes reserving inventory and building custom fixtures, if needed.

Event Management
Prior to your big day, we will send you and any relevant party members a detailed schedule of events. Then, on the day of your event, we will manage everything, including design implementation and installations, vendor set-up and any other necessary tasks. Like we always say — Gavin Snyder Events coordinates so you can celebrate!
